All cleaners of Elevate Cleaning & Concierge are highly trained and insured. They also go through a detailed screening process and a criminal record check.
Not at all! We do ask that if you wish to cancel services that you provide 24 hours notice to avoid a $100 charge. We do offer discounts for those that want regular bi-weekly or weekly cleanings.
This is totally up to you, your schedule and how you live. If you have children and pets you are most suited for weekly cleanings. If you are single, spend little time at home or travel a significant amount of time then a monthly cleaning would suit you best. The more regular your cleanings, the less time they take (the initial cleaning is scheduled for a slightly longer session). No, you do not have to be home when the cleaner comes. You can either leave a key for use (with directions of placement) or we can keep your key in our safe. The cleaners only receive the keys on the day of cleaning. Keys are not marked with an address or name identifier.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. If you are not satisfied with our services all you need to do is contact our Customer Service Concierge and they will arrange for the service to be corrected.
